You are the Lord who grants blissful positions in the heaven.

You are the Lord with the authority to explain the supreme truth.
You are the Justice that brings up the concept of liberation.
You elate me everyday; and You are the first and foremost in this world!
You are the Lord ruling over all kings of this world.
This world, the Ether, and the five elements that engulf both
are all Your manifestation as the ManthrA, SIVAYANAMA*, Oh my Lord!
Being one and only substance, and mounting the Sacred Bull, Nandi,
You are the Consort of Mother PArvathi, my Lord*!
You are not governed by the end of the Universe, Time and Destruction;
and You provide the permanent experience in SivA, my Lord!
You destroy karmas, which stem right from my mother's womb; and
You are the true Lord to ensure that I am not born again!
You enter the golden shrine of Chidhambaram and dance eternally*!
